"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."

Carl Rogers

I have now resumed face-to-face therapy sessions in Bristol and Bath. If you'd like to discuss an initial assessment session, please contact me.

I am a psychotherapist in training, registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), offering affordable psychotherapy to adults in Bristol and Bath. I have also volunteered as a youth counsellor for a mental health charity in Bath. Particular areas of interest/experience include LGBTQ+ life and relationships and living with chronic illness.

I am currently undertaking a master's degree in integrative psychotherapy, and I am informed by a variety of approaches. However, every client is unique, as is every therapist-client relationship, so my aim is always to allow a co-creation of therapy based around discovering, fostering and following the inner pull of the client.

I work out of The Practice Rooms in central Bristol and Bath. I charge £30 per 50-minute session (first session £20). If you'd like to arrange an initial session please contact me.

At its core, psychotherapy aims to provide a safe and non-judgemental space that enables exploration of self, and an unfolding awareness of your relationship with yourself, others, and the environment in which you live.

You may seek out psychotherapy if you feel aspects of your life are 'stuck', or if you feel overwhelmed by emotions, thoughts, or other difficulties in your life that seem impossible to move through.

In therapy you may choose to look at the past and how it has influenced the ways in which you live your life. Through a greater awareness of your lived experience and inner responses, you may find a path to the change that you are looking for.

I am registered as a trainee psychotherapist with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and work in accordance with their ethical guidelines and those set out by my training organisation (BCPC).
