About me

I'm a UKCP registered psychotherapist in training, offering affordable in-person therapy to adults in Bristol and Bath.

I offer somewhere for your experience to be heard, without judgement, and at your own pace. In this space we can explore your difficulties together, deepening your understanding of yourself, with the hope of helping you find a more connected, authentic way forward.

Therapy gives us a place to discuss the things we might feel unable to in our day-to-day life. These might include difficulties around relationships, past trauma, gender and sexual identity, or more generalised experiences like low self-worth, anxiety, depression, a feeling of 'stuckness', or a lack of authentic engagement and passion for life.

As a Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist, I see you as a unique individual with unique needs, and draw on a variety of approaches to suit you. There is no one-size-fits-all way to help someone.

My Experience and Values

Personal areas of interest/experience include the difficulties faced by neurodivergent people, living with chronic illness and LGBTQIA+ life.

I am a UKCP registered trainee psychotherapist in my 6th and final year towards an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy with Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling and Middlesex University, and have been seeing clients in private practice since early 2021.

I place great importance on the autonomy of every person—a value that has solidified over 15 years in the helping professions. I spent a year as a volunteer youth counsellor with Off The Record BANES, working primarily with university students, and currently volunteer at an art group for people with additional needs.
