WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?
At its core, psychotherapy aims to provide a safe and non-judgemental space that enables exploration of self, and an unfolding awareness of your relationship with yourself, others, and the environment in which you live.
You may seek out psychotherapy if you feel aspects of your life are 'stuck', or if you feel overwhelmed by emotions, thoughts, or other difficulties in your life that seem impossible to move through.
In therapy you may choose to look at the past and how it has influenced the ways in which you live your life. Through a greater awareness of your lived experience and inner responses, you may find a path to the change that you are looking for.
